Our method / Independent information
Our Planning Standard
Rankcloversaga is an independent information website about the decisions homeowners can make before renovation begins. The aim is a better brief, not a louder promise.
Start with outcomes
We organize guidance around scope, dependencies, material suitability, room function and budget exposure. These subjects connect, but each asks a different question. Keeping them distinct helps you see whether a proposed solution is solving the right problem.
Make uncertainty visible
We do not present generic room costs as quotations or imply that every renovation follows a fixed duration. Prices and schedules depend on location, access, condition, scope and the people carrying out the work. Where information is missing, we encourage you to document the question and assign responsibility for resolving it.
Prefer evidence you can keep
A written scope, approved selection record, coordinated drawing and clear change instruction are more useful than a vague assurance. Our worksheets and checklists are prompts for those records. They are not construction drawings, specifications, contracts or compliance certificates.
Respect the limits of a general guide
We do not inspect properties, certify products, provide emergency support or act as your architect, engineer, surveyor or contractor. Structural work, gas, electrical systems, hazardous materials and water management can carry serious risks. Use appropriately qualified local professionals and verify the requirements that apply to your address.
